A mixed up fairytale!

Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess. This beautiful princess had no desire to be potty trained. She would rather have the Queen wait on her hand, foot, and diaper. "Why give up the luxury if one didn't have to", she would say.

The Queen grew ever frustrated with the efforts being made for the beautiful princess. There were potty charts, with stickers a plenty, and rewards for those rare trips to the potty. All the Queens friends assured her that it would happen when the time was right, but the queen was distraught at the thought of three little heirs in diapers!!! YIKES!!

Then one morning the beautiful princess decided that she had had enough! This was the day to become all that she could be. She woke up, after a week with no trips to the potty, and said "I need to go" and go she did! The Queen was pleasantly suprised, yet not very hopeful. As the day wore on though it became aparent that the princess meant buisness. And that is why we are publishing this declaration, the princess has had no accidents today (and the Queen did not have to ask her to go once!)!! Our sweet princess is growing up and while we are sure that she will still have a few set backs, today is a major victory in our kingdom!

hurrah! I can't wait to get Kate potty trained, but like Kena, she is just not interested yet. Maybe one day... hopefully soon! I wish you another accident free day tomorrow.

Telll sweet Kenna that Great Grandma Helen is very proud of her. That is a major accomplishment in the life of a child. Hope you are all well and happy.

Hooray for Kenna! "They" always say that a child will do it on their own time table and by golly "they" are right!
