What do you like on your corndog?

For some the topping of choice might be ketchup. Perhaps you are one of those who enjoy relish. I personally am a mustard girl. And Trace likes...
CHOCOLATE PUDDING. Enjoy!

I've been tagged!

It looks like I've been tagged and here's how it goes. I'm suppose to use the letters of my middle name to describe myself.

D- I am DARN HOT! Though I could stand to use a few pounds, I've never once looked in the mirror and thought "Who is that fat lady". I prefer to say "Woo hoo more of me to love!" I am one hot mama!

E- I'm EXHAUSTED but totally in a good way. I love all those things and people in my life who make me such and wouldn't change a thing. I'm seriously if you had to be exhausted wouldn't you prefer that it be by these adorable faces!

A- I ADORE being a wife and mother. My family is my life and I love taking care of them.
N- I'm a NEAT freak (I personally would like to thank Lanae for this trait) I was never super worried about it until I lived with miss Lanae and she showed me the light. Now don't get me wrong, my home definitely looks lived in but I do keep a tidier house then I think I would have without Lanae tutelage. Thanks dear!
PS I tag miss Kira

Man those diapers are absorbent!

Tonight we put the kiddo's in the tub. We always do Jaxson first (less water and no one else to maul him), then we put in Trace and Kenadee. Let me start this out by saying I had no idea Kena could get in the tub by herself, but apparently she can, diaper and all.
I also want you to know that diapers are crazy absorbent. That thing must have weighted 20 lbs all by itself.

Holla! Jazzercise rocks!

So I missed last week due to puffy face and an injured shoulder, but I've been back and going strong this week. Let me just say that Jazzercise is the best work out ever. I'm down 10 lbs and its looking like I'm gonna have to buy new pants. They just won't stay up anymore. Woo hoo for being a skinny beach girl this summer.

For my Mom

This morning I've been thinking an awful lot about my Mom. Her headstone was laid recently and it's been about a year since we found out that she wasn't going to make it. It brings back a lot of memories, and as we approach this Easter season I think a lot about her. My Mom was and is an amazing person. She could make a boo boo better and turn the most odd food combinations into a gourmet dinner. She taught me how to have fun, how to be a friend, and how to love. It's been almost a year now since I was last able to hug her, or heck even talk to her. I think that that has been the hardest part for me. We use to speak every day and having to go cold turkey stinks. But I know that she is still my Mom and that she is still watching over us all. And some day, when I've done everything that I need to do, I will get that hug and we'll sit and catch up and it will be wonderful. What a blessing it is to know that we will be a family forever. For that I'm eternally grateful.

I feel like I got sucker punched!

So a word to the wise, if you can avoid a cavity in your back teeth, do it! I went to the dentist yesterday to have a cavity filled that was in the very back of my mouth. As if that weren't bad enough it was also on the top. My dentist tells me that this is the worst place to get a cavity cause its just so hard to get to. So there I lay, trying my hardest not to gag (Man they put a lot of stuff in your mouth) and my dentist is pulling on my lip trying to get it out of the way, while his assistant pulls on the other side of my mouth so that she can do what she needs to do. I felt pretty good after I left. I finally had all of my dental work done, but then the numb started to go away. Lets just say it feels like someone punched me in the jaw. Not only did I get a bruise, but I'm all swollen and last night I could only open my mouth about 1/2 an inch. It made dinner awful painful (thank you Cory for bringing home SOFT food to eat). What a joy! So let me just close by saying don't forget those teeth in the back! BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH!!

"It's my TOP BED"

For those of you outside the realm of Traceism's that means "YAY a new bunk bed." Thats right after a month of waiting it has finally arrived and Trace loves it. We ordered him a big boy bunk bed and some new Lightening McQueen bedding and he was ready to cruise off to dream land. He loves it so much that we can't get him off of it. He plays on it, reads on it, and of course, sleeps on it. We thought it was cute so here's so pictures to share.

Who lost their marbles...

I lost my marbles. At least thats what I'm thinking this week. Who thought going back to school with 3 little kids was a good idea and how come no one kicked my pants and told me not to! Alas, school has been a bit of a challenge this week. Not really difficult, just tedious. I'm in the middle of a class right now about writing a research paper (something I've done a million times if I've done it once) and I'm sick of it. From analyzing my audience, to writing my bibliography 3 TIMES, and then theres the ever popular thesis statement and outline. I understand why I have to do it, but I dont remember the last time that I wrote a paper with all the bells and whistles. What a joy!
Other then that life is treating me well. I've started taking Jazzercize classes and I love it. Now don't get me wrong its kicking my butt, but I have managed to lose 7 lbs this week and I'm hoping for at least 30 more. Wish me luck.
The kids are happy and healthy as always and cory is trudging along as well. We love you all!!!!!!!
