A growing boy

Mason went to the doctor today because he is 2 months old (can you believe it! I can't). He weighs 11 lbs 4 oz and is 22 inches long. That puts him in the 50% for height and weight, and would you blieve his head is only in the 50th percentile!! Not one of our other kids has ever been below the 90th!
We thought he might have colic. Turns out that the pediatrician thinks it is acid reflux. He is now taking Pepcid and is like a different kid. No more screaming and crying all day. He's been awake for 3 hours, eaten twice, only spit up once, and hasn't cried at all!! It's amazing and I think my sanity may go back to being intacked. He's a cutie when he smiles and I look forward to seeing it more often!

Annie
Mason is such a darling baby. And from what you said is very easy going and happy. You got a keeper again. I can't wait to see you all in August. And that time is coming up fast. It is so hard to believe how fast time is passing. Hope you have a good day. I love you much.

OK Annie...I must have been sleeping the last few days!First of all, LOVE the superheroes! It's amazing what a little fabric can do for a kid's imagination. I rememeber being a super hero myself! The swim lesson pics are adorable! If I were Kenna's te4acher I might spend the whole time with her just staring into those big, bright eyes!

I am so glad Mason's blessing was so wonderful. Wish we could have been there with you! I am sure your sweet Mom was smiling down on her little grandson!

Christopher had tummy problems too so I can really sympathize with you! Boy, it was hard to help him go to sleep. The picture you took of him on his blessing day is so precious. Isn't being a Mom great? Especially when you can get a little more sleep?

Acid reflux! Bleh! I know how you feel. It's soooo frustrating. Josh is barely starting to get over it and he's four months old. He's been on zantac since he was 3 weeks old. I can't wait until he never needs it ever again!

oooh, what a blessing. I'm so glad the pepcid is making a difference! He must have been so uncomfortable, poor little guy.

I hope your sanity stays around for good and doesn't take any extended holidays.

Love you and miss you!
