Chicken Curry
1 lb of chicken, cubed
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
4-5 Potatoes, cubed
1 chicken buillion cube
1 medium carrot
1 small onion
1 cup coconut milk
4-5 garlic cloves
Cayenne and chili powder
1 red bell pepper
Sautee the onion, chicken and garlic in some oil. When chicken is cooked through add coconut milk. When that boils add potatoes, carrots, and bouillon cube. Cook until potatoes are soft. Add curry powder. Then add chili and cayenne to taste. Add slice bell pepper just before serving. Serve over rice!
This is one of Cory's favorite recipies from his mission and it is definatley tasty (and inexpensive, woo hoo!)

By the way, we made it today.It was good, thanx :)
so excited to try it. I loved curry when we were in the Philippines, but have not been able to replicate it. Hopefully this is it!!
